Aditi Hearing Solutions reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, staff availability, or technical reasons.
Hearing aid returns may be accepted only if the product is in good condition and returned within the applicable return period communicated at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
– The hearing aid must be purchased directly from Aditi Hearing Solutions
– The product must be returned in its original condition
– Original invoice, packaging, and accessories must be included
– The product should not be physically damaged, altered, or incomplete
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:
– Custom ear molds or specially made products
– Damaged or missing accessories
– Products that show signs of misuse or physical damage
– Service charges, consultation charges, or testing charges already completed
– Products returned after the allowed return period
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank processing time, or method of payment used during purchase.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or before service completion. Once the product has been delivered or the service has been completed, cancellation may not be possible.
